          • Think back to your Special Object Speech & Colors Speech. I want you to consider how fearful you were during your Special Object Speech & Colors Speech.
            • Special Object Speech
              1. On a scale of 1 (NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL) to 10 (EXTREMELY STRESSFUL), how STRESSFUL was the Special Object Speech BEFORE you presented?
              2. Describe how you felt BEFORE the speech. Were you more fearful the day before or just before presenting? What reactions did you have? Butterflies in your stomach? Sweating? Nervous? Nothing?
              3. How did you feel AFTER the speech? Were you relieved, still nervous, or frustrated?
              4. Colors Speech
