- Think back to your Special Object Speech & Colors Speech. I want you to consider how fearful you were during your Special Object Speech & Colors Speech.

- On a scale of 1 (NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL) to 10 (EXTREMELY STRESSFUL), how STRESSFUL was the Special Object Speech BEFORE you presented?
- Describe how you felt BEFORE the speech. Were you more fearful the day before or just before presenting? What reactions did you have? Butterflies in your stomach? Sweating? Nervous? Nothing?
- How did you feel AFTER the speech? Were you relieved, still nervous, or frustrated?
