      • Break down a DIFFERENT fear experience using the elements that we discussed in today's case studies:
        1. What were you actually afraid of?
        2. On a scale of DISQUIET to ALARM, rate your fear level beforehand.
        3. What physical fear reactions did you experience?
        4. Did you realize that these physical fear reactions were normal?
        5. Did you stay and deal with the situation or run from it?
        6. Did any previous experience help you get through the fear? If so, what was it?
        7. How would your perspective of this fear situation be different now that we've examined fear?
    • Complete Activity #20--Fear Tips Journal (Due Friday)
      • Select two fear tips that will be personally most helpful for you.
      • Write out the two fear tips.
      • Explain why you chose these two facts/tips.
