      • Complete the Personal Fear Inventory for your class. All results are anonymous.
      • Click on the link below and answer the 3 questions:
    • Complete Activity #17--Personal Fear Analysis Journal (Due Wednesday)
      • Break down a DIFFERENT fear experience using the elements that we discussed in today's case studies:
        1. What were you actually afraid of?
        2. On a scale of DISQUIET to ALARM, rate your fear level beforehand.
        3. What physical fear reactions did you experience?
        4. Did you realize that these physical fear reactions were normal?
        5. Did you stay and deal with the situation or run from it?
        6. Did any previous experience help you get through the fear? If so, what was it?
        7. How would your perspective of this fear situation be different now that we've examined fear?

    • Read Toastmasters 10 Tips for Successful Public Speaking (Due Wednesday)
