PLAN

  • Welcome, Attendance & Daily Plan
    • Personal Experience Speech Presentations--WE WILL CONTINUE THESE ON MONDAY
      • Activity #19--DATE--Personal Experience Speech Chart
        • Create a 3 column Chart:
          • Person's Name
          • Strengths (Write 1)
          • Growth Areas (Write 1)
        • Individual Speech Feedback
          • When speech is finished, the speaker asks the following questions:
            • What did I do well?
            • What could I improve on for future speeches?
        • Impromptu Speeches #2
          • Minimum Time Limit = 1-2 Minutes
          • Select a topic from the list. You may not use a topic more than once. Cross off your topic so someone else won't use it.
          • Come up with an attention getter.
          • Share your topic.
          • State main points with details that include real-life examples from your life or society to illustrate your points.
          • Summarize your speech. (Restate your topic and restate your main points.)
          • Conclude with a sentence that wraps up the speech and gives a sense of finality.
