      • Think back to your Colors Speech and Speech of Recognition & Acceptance. I want you to consider how fearful you were during your Colors Speech and Speech of Recognition & Acceptance.
        • Colors Speech
          • On a scale of 1 (NOT STRESSFUL AT ALL) to 10 (EXTREMELY STRESSFUL), how STRESSFUL was the Colors Speech BEFORE you presented?
          • Describe how you felt BEFORE the speech. Were you more fearful the day before or just before presenting? What reactions did you have? Butterflies in your stomach? Sweating? Nervous? Nothing?
          • How did you feel AFTER the speech? Were you relieved, still nervous, or frustrated?
