• SIGN UP FOR SPEECH
• Welcome, Attendance, & Daily Plan
• Packer Contest
• Check Recognition & Acceptance Speech Rough Draft
• Return Fear & DPS Test
• Recognition & Acceptance Speech
• Partner Exchange
• Exchange scripts with your partner. Read the script through marking errors and awkward sentences. Make sure all parts of the speech content are present.
• Polish any part of the script that requires improvement.
• Partner Practice
• Practice your speech in front of your partner.
• Group Practice & Feedback
• One set of partners will join with another set of partners.
• One set of partners present their speeches while the other set of partners fill out the grading rubric.
• Once finished, graders provide feedback.
• Switch and repeat.

HOMEWORK (OFFICIAL at 3:10 P.M. Each Day)

• Upload Recognition & Acceptance Speech to TurnItIn (Due Tuesday)
• PRACTICE YOUR SPEECH in preparation for Formal Presentation (Due Tuesday)
• 5 POINTS EXTRA CREDIT--Bring a signed note stating that you presented in front of a parent (Due Tuesday)
